Shipping & Lead Times

Items will ship in an average of 10 business days. As all products displayed are made to order, lead times may vary. Full custom products (such as custom hats with a custom logo) may have extended lead times as we work with you on the design approval process.

To provide the widest selection possible, many of our selections are sourced immediately upon receipt of your order. Should an option selected not be available in our inventory or with our suppliers, for example in the hat color you've selected is on backorder, we'll contact you immediately to find a suitable replacement or solution.

Product shipping will vary, but on average will take 3-5 business days from the date shipped.

We understand that waiting for a product you've ordered is painful. Rest assured, we will do our best to get your product to you as quickly as possible, but our ultimate goal is to make sure that when you get your item, it exceeds your expectations.
